The Point Is. was founded by Neil Willson following a 27-year career as a Royal Marines officer, including Commanding Officer of the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines.
Since then, Neil has coached and advised CEOs, executive teams, senior leaders and teams at the sharp end of delivery across the UK and internationally.
TPI works across sectors including nuclear, oil & gas, engineering, major projects, professional services, manufacturing and the public sector.
We’re comfortable in technically complex environments, but our expertise is people, leadership and performance.
